Don't resell without making/commissioning additional art, since you got this character for free.

By commissioning me or buying designs/adopts you are accepting my T.O.S.
You can't claim that you made an artwork/design you commissioned
You can upload artwork on your socials, with credits
I can decline any commission if I'm uncomfortable with the customer/their OCs.
You can't sell my art as prints/NFT/etc. Printing it for yourself/as a gift for someone is okay :)
You can't resell a design for more than it was bought without getting/making additional art (commissioned or created by you).
You can't erase my watermark on the art or claim that you made an artwork
You can change the character's design, please keep it recognizable
You can use the character for both commercial and personal use
You can't delete adopts/customs from Toyhou.se! If you don't want them anymore - just gift/sell them to someone or return back to me. I will automatically accept them, no questions asked.
