| Personality: Punk, chill and almost always sleepy. May act tough on the outside but has a pure and kind heart. Don't piss her off though. Interests/Likes: MONSTERS. (especially thicc monster boyfriends) Arts/Crafts/Costumes, Practical Effects in Movies, Video Games, Food, Sleep Favorite Foods/Diet: She is omnivorous, but specifically loves meat, fruit (mostly peaches) and tea. Gender: None, but usually goes by she/her. Biology: She is NOT an organism, but a sentient mass of dark matter that can shapeshift into any form at will. No blood or organs; she is filled with black slime (the dark matter) that has similar sticky consistency of Marvel's Venom. When exposed, this internal slime will malform into various monster parts (i.e. claws, teeth, eyes, etc). She also shapeshifts into various monster parts when angered/distressed. She has MANY forms, but a grub is her primary (stays small and sleeps alot to conserve energy). She can turn into beasts from a hand sized grub up to a 20 story tall kaiju. The larger the beast she transforms into, the less time she can stay in said form. | I have VERY few rules when it comes to others drawing her, usually full artistic freedom! I made her as a way to freely create vent/stress relief art with a character, and I'd love to see what others do with her artistically in their own styles! The only rules I have are: • Keep her eyes a goldish yellow. • Keep her horns. • NO NSFW until I decide how she'd be drawn anthro/down there, technically it can go both ways since it's a shapeshifter lol Also feel free to design new monster forms for her and add all the horror/spikes/goop you want! Reference the kaiju-mothra art piece done by Silkmoths to get an idea how to monster-fy her but keep it the same character, they did an amazing job executing that! HOWEVER if I commissioned you a piece of art and you want to make a new monster form for her, please run it by me first for approval! That's it! Otherwise go all out in how you want to draw her, if you have any questions feel free to ask! |
Lately I've felt very disconnected from my old sona, I simply felt she was too much of a generic dog/dragon hybrid. I've been longing to make a new character for awhile now, I wanted something that expressed my passion for monsters, was simple in design but very unique at the same time! After some long time of planning, drafting and designing, I finally completed my precious grub character. I've ALWAYS adored the incredible metamorphosis transformation of many beetle grub species, and I wanted a monster-transformation character so a larvae was perfect. <3
I'm extremely proud of designing her, and I look forward to her being the new mascot for my brand! I'm also planning on making a partial suit for her in time for MFF'18!
(yes, she does have other monster forms that I plan to draw out eventually!)
