NO REFUNDS. If you want a refund for any reason during the process I will only refund an amount equivalent to the amount of work that has NOT been done, this is calculated by how many hours I’ve spent on the piece and how far along I am. Once the final product is approved I will NOT accept refunds. Full refunds are only accepted when the piece hasn’t even been started.
If you are a new customer I will take half the payment upfront and the other half after the sketch has been finalized! If you are a regular or the commission is $10 or below I will take full payment upfront.
I take payments through Venmo and Paypal in USD ONLY
Payment plans can be arranged under certain circumstances, feel free to contact me and we can arrange something!! I do have the right to refuse any payment plan I want to though and if there is no follow through on the payment by the deadlines, or if I feel the hold shouldn't be continued with, I do have the right to cancel a commission.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, I have a hard time drawing for others and want to make sure you get what you pay for so I will normally be picky with my commissions and what I draw. This is nothing personal against you or your character.
You must ALWAYS credit me as the creator of the art, you can credit me by linking here to my toyhouse.
Depending on what I have open at the moment commission wise I can draw all sorts of things from ponies to furries to humans and more!!

I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only. i.e. My adopts may not be used in anything that will potentially turn up a profit such as games, books, comics etc. certain things may be okay such as making custom art for prints or other merchandise DM me for more details.
Feel free to make minor edits to your custom as you please as long as it is still recognizable. i.e. gender, hair color, skin color, height, clothes, etc
You may NOT edit my original art, turn any of my designs into a closed species, or claim the design or my artwork as your own.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE COPIED.
