I do not have the right to revoke a design, but I can block and blacklist you.

1: only sell for more than the original price if extra art is added (blacklist worthy)

2: Freebies can only be gifted or traded until extra art is added (Blacklist worthy)

3: If everyone participating (you, any artists, and all characters) is 18+ and consenting, sexually explicit art is okay. (tag it properly so minors can’t see it)

4: If you are found to have sexually explicit images of characters who are minors, characters who are ferals, or characters who are mentally minors, you will be immediately blocked, blacklisted, and possibly have a call-out post made about you(I hate doing this, but…)

5: Redesigns are okay so long as it’s still recognizable as the original character. (Redesigns beyond recognition may result in a light blacklist.) Appeals can be made at my alt account (Coffee-Fiend)

6: Please keep my designs on TH (May result in a blacklist)

7: You may ask about a trade back, but only if you understand I have the right to decline. (This will only result in a blacklist/block if you continue to ask after I decline or get aggressive when I decline)

8: Saying what you want to use a character for before I agree to a deal/decline a deal will most likely result in a block/blacklist. This feels a lot like pressure/manipulation to me.)

9: Absolutely no NFT or A.I. "art" shit (may result in a block/blacklist)

10: you can change the gender of the characters you buy from me. I don't care. If you write it into the character's story so that the character is trans that'd actually be pretty cool!

11: Credit me where credit is due! (Posting art I made of your character, character profiles, character design credits in webcomics, etc.)

12: Please do not give my designs to design shelter accounts. I find it very disheartening to see my designs unused/unloved, and this would feel like a huge insult to me/my work, even if that's not your intention. (Will not result in a block/blacklist, but I might be hesitant to give you characters in the future)

13: I'd prefer you don't refer to my designs(Or art) as "LQ", "MQ", or "HQ". Being called "LQ" or "MQ" is very hurtful and being called "HQ", well, It's kind of still a compliment but it's not a compliment I will take. I might block or maybe blacklist you if you use these terms because it makes you seem like an insufferable ass or some kind of stupid self-absorbed art critic in my eyes. I work hard on my art/design, so kindly fuck off if you're going to invalidate the effort, love, heart, and soul I put into my work. I'm doomed to have carpal tunnel syndrome, so, in the nicest way, fuck you if you label artists/their art with these terms.

14: Do not give my designs to anyone on my blacklist. I want my blacklist to remain empty, if not short, and this will, unfortunately, get you added to it.

I’m extra salty because I REALLY wanted that character :( Can make an appeal if I have a chance to get the character again and not basically ghost me. Appeals can be made here on my main account. Value tracking:

Art commissioned for USD(or other real currencies) and art made by you adds USD(or other real currencies) value to the character's total value.

I'd say art trades count 'cause you still made some art. Don't devalue your art!

I'd prefer you added some art before you sell a character you got from me in a trade, but you still traded a character of equal/close to equal value, so whatever. I would also prefer you wait like a week before you turn around and sell it, but, whatever. It's your OC now.

Art commissioned for AC(Amino coins) only adds AC value. 

I'm not sure how DA Pts work so...

Free art adds no value.

Free characters have no value(Until art is added) but are tradeable.

(Do not use my art! If you want to use the character for commercial purposes, then you need to make your own art or commission an artist who's okay with it. I don't mind my designs being used for this purpose, but DO NOT use my art!)
