⭐🎩Ozzy🎩💙

Ozzy is an NPC designed by Caine that has seemingly gone rogue, starting a sort of rival circus of his own to make Caine jealous. He is very cheerful and full of energy, but like Jax, knows how to get under your skin. He's petty towards Caine and Caine alone, rubbing any accomplishment in his face. His hat is also alive and will sometimes chime in, but is mostly a yes man for Ozzy. Oz has permanently altered his code, allowing him to, among other things, never be permanently deleted. Every time Caine has, Ozzy just reappears in a random new location with all of his memory intact.

Ozzy has a mentality of, "You're sad? Just be happy!" which is obviously a detriment to any human he comes into contact with, however it's clear it's due to a lack of understanding on how the human psyche works rather than malice/disrespect.

He's been collecting various NPCs from Caine's adventures and adding them to his crew of performers, but will do anything to get his oversized hands on the humans Caine has.
