Where can I interact with Acheron?

There is a small, older building at the end of an alleyway in Sporehaven. The building is quiet, but appears very well lit, if a little dusty. Overall, it's not out of place for this town full of spores with its mines full of neon root. Locals tell you it's the library, but it seems a strange place for one. The same locals say the one who runs it wanted the library to be in a quiet place... by that logic, you suppose it makes sense for it to be tucked away from the bustle of the main streets.

Inside, you realize the light you saw through the windows was hundreds of luminescent blue moths... a far cry from the regular powder-based lights you were expecting. They appear almost ethereal, and some seem to follow you as you move through the establishment. Mountains of books on any topic you can imagine are stacked on shelves, tables, and the floor. You're unable to discern an order to everything, but looking closer you notice a small blue Kryptox curled up on a chair with a Mycamew sleeping on his lap. This Kryptox appears to be very engrossed in the book he is reading-- a book that is probably twice as large as his face. You manage to grab his attention, and he startles a bit when he sees you in front of him.

"Welcome to the humble Sporehaven Library!" he says excitedly. "Can I help you find anything?"

After explaining what you are looking for, the Kryptox tells you to wait one moment and runs around the building, climbing on book stacks, scaling shelves, and tempting fate with some very precariously stacked towers. A minute or two later, he returns-- out of breath, but carrying a single book with no words on the cover or spine... you look at him questioningly, but he swears this book will have all the information you were looking for.

He asks if you would like a library card, so you can take the book home. Out of the corner of your eye, you see the Mycamew that was sleeping earlier sneaking by, gnawing on a book in its mouth. You figure you should probably agree to the library card, just to be sure the book doesn't dissappear between now and your next visit. He quickly scrambles for his logbook and something to write with, as one of the smaller blue moths lands on the table and seems to slowly blink out. You watch as the moth turns to something resembling a library card, absolutely fascinated. He records your information and hands the card to you.

"There's no need to rush the book back, we have no time limits to our lending! The book will come back when it's needed." He smiles, waving you farewell.

You want to ask him what he means by this, as well as what the deal is with all these moths, but you have no chance before he dissappears behind stacks of books. Shortly after, you hear him shout as the Mycamew from before dashes around the corner, pages from a half-eaten book flying everywhere. I guess you'll find out later.
