doe woke up in the viha woods one day with no memory of events prior. after years of wandering aimlessly and seeing only other mindless wanderers like them, they finally stumbled across camille.
camille offered to help them find information about their past if they agreed to work for her. desperate for answers, they agreed.
they were tasked with entering the minds of troubled individuals and ridding them of their nightmares, creating a safe-haven that they would never want to leave.
personality:
doe is very obnoxious and energetic. they're excitable and enthusiastic about anything and everything, and love to mess with people. their morality is a roulette wheel, and they often jump straight into danger without thinking. they are doggedly loyal.
however, they struggle with crippling identity issues. they have no memory of who they are, and don't have any distinguishing features whatsoever. they experience frequent dissociation and depersonalization, and it really messes with them. they're desperate to find any information they can about who they are, or anything that will make them feel like a real person. they often wonder if they even existed before they woke up.

- doe can speak, but their voice is a barely audible whisper no matter how hard they try to be loud
- if they have to communicate, they'll usually scrawl something into the dirt with a stick
- to save time when writing, they use a ridiculous amount of abbreviations. think like, an 11 year old girl texting. that's how bad it is.
- they're an incredibly talented actor and can take on whatever personality they need to in order to gain favor with just about anyone
