Character Terms of Service [DESIGNS]
- Designs created by me [SecretSyren], are not allowed to be distributed, used, sold, traded, or co-owned by people on my blacklist. [List will be provided in links below]. Those who violate this rule will be blacklisted from receiving my designs as well.
- Designs created by me cannot be copied / inspired by **UNLESS** you own / bought the design. Do not just buy a design to create your own oc out of it though, that's rude as hell.
- Do **NOT** increase your price for my designs based off of your own personal preference / you feel they are worth more than what you purchased them for. If you buy an adoptable from me for 5$, do not turn around and sell them for 10$ because of "quality". Doing this will caused you to be blacklisted.
- Designs created by me can be old, traded, and gifted away after a 14 day grace period.
- I don't care if you put your own grace period tos on my designs, it's not my concern, however, do not put "YOU CANT TRADE THIS OC" kind of tos on them.
- Freebies designed by me **CANNOT** be sold or traded away unless you've added more art to them. If you are not going to use the freebies designed by me, please do not participate in the event they are being given away in. I don't want them to go to oc collectors.
