A life of promise. By all accounts, a young Cato, likely named something else then, was assured that. She was odd, certainly, but incredibly smart in biology and mechanics. Perhaps to an unhealthy degree.
Nobody aside from Cato themself seems to know what exactly drove them out of a more...esteemed line of work. But somewhere in her 20s, she reappeared as a low blip on the map working independently as a doctor in the back alleys of Glory Falls.
The truth of the matter seems to be thus- bodies are easy to come by in a place like this, and the work Cato is most eager to pursue requires a lot of supplies. Payment for her doctoring services comes in multiple fashions and requires no insurance- and she won't question how you retrieved any 'materials' for her if that's the payment type you choose.
