Kadota tends to be the mischievous type, looking to start trouble and delights in getting into people's heads and spooking them. He's more solitary, but once he's found someone he's fond of, good luck getting rid of him. He tends to alternate between talking your head off, and obnoxious silence. It seems being annoying is his default, because he often stumbles awkwardly whenever he tries to have a serious talk.

He wears a slate-coloured dress shirt, often not done up properly, faded purple pants, black shoes, and hanging suspenders matching his shirt colour. He has a white/blue flower pinned to his shirt.
