A well-known little monster for farmers and livestock producers. When the hen is slaughtered, the headless body still runs around for a while. Sometimes it runs so far away that it gets lost in fields and forests. And if by sunset the body is not found, by morning it returns on its own. Having grown long arms and a small head, the blue hen begins to make mischief and do harm little by little. At first it may steal an axe or small tools. Then it starts stealing chickens and other hens. Then the farmer's children start disappearing. Then everything calms down, as if the blue hen never existed. And only years later in the undergrowth or field do people find a burrow with a perch full of bones and decorated with stolen goods. The blue hen is so called because of the color it acquires. This color clearly hints that life has long since left this body. What is left in it promises only trouble.
