Kismet has some body horror going on involving wildly excessive bone growth that goes through the skin and becomes mismatched horrible spider legs. He also feeds on magical corruption.

History and personality TW's: infanticide (failed, not perpetrated by him), child abandonment, child neglect (in that he was taken care of and talked to, but lived in a pit his whole childhood, which is, y'know, bad). Also mentioned is (fantasy ethics based) assisted suicide. Kismet exists in a world where magical people risk becoming deadly monsters, an open ended fate that seems in some ways worse than death and causes great ruination and harm. As such, his practice of ending lives that near this transformation is based on fantasy ethics, and is not meant to be representative of any real life rights or wrongs.

Character is meant to be a "good guy" overall but definitely has some views I do not espouse, and his actions through life are a wildly mixed bag. His opinions are his opinions and not necessarily mine.
