NO transfer for 2 weeks after obtaining from original account.
NO assistance may be lent to blacklisted users if they are attempting to receive work from this account / its owners.
NO hiding or deleting character profiles without authorizing this account / generating a key.
NO transferring this character to those without an account on Toyhouse.

NO content from this account and its creators may be used for hate speech, sexual, or illegal intent.
VALUE does not carry across owners if the design was traded. This includes if the design is returning to a owner who previously paid for the design
EDITS are on a case-by-case basis. Cropping and filters (e.g. profile icon) is alright.
ASK if you intend to create an AU or redesign of a design. Some things are not tolerated, such as whitewashing.
CO OWNS are permitted, but we will NOT settle disputes regarding ownership.

Freebies:
NO sale without added art counted reasonably. If this is abused, allowance of personal art may be removed.
FREE or TRADED art is not counted towards monetary worth.

Sales: 
NO deleting or editing bids, outside of to correct typos.
REPLY to the previous pure money offer in OTAs and BTAs.
PLANS (payment plans) and HOLDS may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Specific terms will be in individual character profiles.
PREPAID amounts (ex: 40% upfront in a payment plan) will NOT be refunded if the buyer cancels, regardless of if the artist has begun or not.
IF the artist has concerns regarding the buyer, cancellation in the artist's position will not lead to a refund. For example, in the case of a PSA with sufficient evidence against the buyer is posted.
CHARGEBACKS are NEVER permitted and are an automatic blacklist, regardless of if accidental or not. This is one of the few cases that the artist may choose to revoke the design and resell it to another individual.
