Hell's Enforcer

A demon cyborg created by the Head Honcho of hell with "tech" built in to keep other demons in line. Since by nature demons try to stir up chaos, it can get really out of hand really fast if they get let loose on earth or sneak out of their domain. After a mass-scale war with the heavens, and the compromise from hell was the creation of a demon who would maintain the order and balance among the demon rankings and making sure they weren't going OVERBOARD, such that angels/humanity would not be totally destroyed.

I cannot stress enough that NOBODY likes this guy, who is stuck doing an eternal job sorting through demon ranking bullshit. It's sort of an anti-villain. I feel awful for the dude though because the guy was cosmically given a job to herd demons like sheep and that's just not possible...

The demons think they suck. The angels and humans think they suck because they're still a demon. It's bad all the way around for this guy.
