I'm thinking this style from your examples would be cute, if that's okay! As for wiggle examples, we have a f2u set you could reference here, it's pretty much just drawing a regular drawing and then adding a second frame with the same pose- just slightly adjusted lineart to make it appear as a wiggle!! I'm terrible at explaining so, hopefully the example helps a little,.. I wouldn't mind if you did a half or a fullbody, you can do whichever :)
You can choose either val or rae to draw, I don't mind who- either of them could just be doing a silly little peace-sign pose :D, I'm not very picky
