The head of the Traditional culture club, mostly he runs it like a cult. He freaks other people out a lot by popping out of nowhere suddenly, and he likes it that way. Kino hates Walker's guts , he annoys him to death with his weeb shit and if he sees him in his general direction he WILL drop kick him point blank. Kinoshita is the son of a very popular tech company in Japan but he lives away from it for safety, since their company is also really sketchy and has made countless enemies--Including the Yakuza.
