Louis is proof that A.I. can develop unique personalities and still maintain a base programming. Although she tends
to be more on the pure calculative and rational side being A.I., she also has a tendency to be judgmental
and harshly critical of people who don't meet her high standards for excellence.

She has a drive that is very difficult to dissuade, and her assertive nature is why she's such a respected individual amongst
her organization. She breaks down barriers, pushes past limitations, and is always striving to throw people off.

That being said, she has a very pessimistic attitude about socializing and the need for it. Although she seems
content in expressing she doesn't need people, she needs people around to feel more like an
individual and less like a tool.

Louis was just one robot in a line of millions built by the Earth Frontier Alliance.
They were sold, packaged, and shipped to fulfill their respective functions, often times
used as assistants to rangers.

Louis was kept at the EFA headquarters as a tracking and navigation system. Using her massive
digital brain, she was able to assist scientists and technicians in contacting closest alien civilizations.
From there, she also assisted the humans in translating their languages to begin
alliance discussions with the new cultures they encountered.

After several long decades of hard work with the EFA, Louis moved on to become
a pioneer for the rights of artificially intelligent beings, helping enact laws and statutes
to give robots the ability to control the course of their existence. When she did all
that she could there, she settled down from politics and took a job as a ranger
supervisor.
