Name: Claud Delafosse
Personality: He is somewhat of an unforgiving man. To his people, he tries to seem like a golden heart. A kind, selfless soul who only wants the best for those he cares about. On the outside, he is seen to be a thoughtful and caring leader. Deep on the inside, Claud only does things to aid himself, his wife Marie, and the underground mafia he runs. Marie sees him as a godsend, a true god for the people. She acts like a nun to him, caring deeply for him every day. it is like he's painted as the perfect man but he is far from it. He, in reality, is a selfish soul who only wants himself to thrive.
Bio: Claud, as a young boy, always had an interest in power. This was due to him witnessing his father always boss his mother and sisters around the house every day of his childhood. His fathers cruel ideas soon set into the young boys mind and he too joined his father in the cruel acts. His father, Hartel, lead France as what was considered to be a king in his time. Even though Claud had three sisters much older then him ready to take the throne and set his fathers wrongs to right, Claud was the chosen heir. He had a strong sense and need for power over others due to this. His sisters had a growing hate for him but his mother always thought Claud was a bright boy and would never follow what his father had done.
Years passed and along came the untimely death of Hartel's first wife, Claud's mother. Her cause of death is still left to be determined, her body never being found. Hartel himself released the knews to the public of the queens death in what seemed to be a passive tone. If one had lost the mother of their children, their wife, they would be mourning, no? Hartel had no ounce of sadness in his heart. He had killed her himself. He thought the woman would expose him for who he truly was. The woman, being named Amelie, had been suffocated in her sleep by a pillow. Of course the father showed no regret at the start and beginning of Amelie's death. As if it was a curse, he too began to grow sick and have horrid breathing problems. Claud cursed his sisters and mother for what seemed to be like his fathers death. he never had an ounce of trust for them. The Delafosse family was slowly falling apart, finally due to Hartels choices in life.
A year finally went by and Hartel was determined dead due to an unknown sickness. Claud, being only the age of 16 had taken the throne early. He immediately sent his sisters to execution, the thought of them being the cause of their fathers death. Seemingly having no else left, he grew cold. One day, as he was wandering the streets of France, he came upon a woman named Marionette. He had reached the age of 19, ready for marriage. Marionette was nothing short of beautiful. Pale skin, bright blue eyes, dark brown hair..It was all he wanted. Marionette saw him as a saint, the love of her life. Shortly after their time of dating, they had gotten married. When he was 20, Marie had brought up the idea of him growing a mafia. It was something he had never thought of before. His wife was truly a mastermind, bringing fourth ideas he had never thought of himself. He had done just as his wife suggested. The mafia is known as ' Le peste noir ' or ' Black Plague. '.
Not much else is known about Claud's location. All that is known within France, the second coming of the Black Plague is much worse then the first.
