Bio: Cass was cast in a Christmas play that was performing at her local community college. Her role in the play was a nutcracker soldier. Through some unfortunate events, she found herself face down in the school pool during intermission. Her death was investigated but the police couldn't find any evidence that pointed to a homicide. The considered the situation to be an accident and the case was closed.

Though there was no physical evidence left behind, Cass knew that someone led her into the pool room and knocked her unconscious before pushing her in. She recalls that she knew the person when she was alive but any memories of them or information about them that she may have known seems to have faded away after her death. She is still on a personal mission to find out who killed her while also trying to figure out what her purpose in her afterlife is.

Cass doesn't know her killer but it was actually a jealous ex-friend that didn't get a part in the play when she did. The original plan was to embarrass her by pushing her in the pool but things went sour quickly. The culprit was never found out by the police.
