Shesha is very regal and well-spoken. He carries himself with high regard, and so do those around him. It's not all for show either, he's genuinely dignity personified. He's good at winning others over, even if they have reservations at first. He's very proud of himself and his abilities, but puts on a convincing facade of humility.
