A very small (well. in size. lines... not so much) code that I randomly felt like making!!

Kiro first escaped from the Abyss with the help of another vessel named Astre and the two of them became best friends over the course of their journey out of Hallownest. Or so they thought. They actually turned back last-minute because Astre saw an infected guard that was attacking its patrol partner and wanted to help it and save any other bug in the same situation.
They fought their way backwards, and Astre somehow managed to communicate to one of the scholars at the Soul Sanctum that it wanted to study there. The two of them did have a personal sign language, though with one exception (the scholar they first met) they never taught it to any other bug (the scholar would just translate).
Kiro learned to read and write at the Soul Sanctum, though xe wasn't very interested and isn't very good at it anymore. And while Astre was training with soul, Kiro learned elsewhere how to use the random pair of blades they found.
