Appearance:
Compared to most Miltank, Periwinkle is slightly thinner and lacks the visible teats (she is young and hasn't borne a baby).
The spot on her forehead is heart-shaped.
She wears a thin chain with small charms around her neck.

Personality:
Bold and lively.
She is easily humored - it doesn't take much to make her laugh.
While she is energetic one day, she will lounge around and do nothing the next day.

Background:
She was born to a shiny hunter in a daycare to a Tauros and Miltank couple. She was lucky number 100. The daycare owners grew accustomed to the boy's presence, as he was there literally every day. Although, one day, he didn't appear. Nothing to be concerned about, until days turned to weeks. Periwinkle, along with many of the pokemon bred by the trainer, lived and played at the daycare. After he had stopped coming by, the couple running the center had to give away the supposedly abandoned creatures. Periwinkle was gifted to their young granddaughter, who took great care of each other and became inseparable. Unfortunately, an encounter with Team Rocket would lead to Periwinkle being taken away. She did, however, escape them and now roams wherever her legs could take her.
