▪︎ Rashka. He has no other known names (and wouldn't admit to them even if he did)

▪︎ He/Him/His - It/Its/Itself.

▪︎ If aggravating was a person. Or, animal. Or devil-animal.

▪︎ Supposedly lives in the mountains. Which ones? All of them. Any mountain range. If its quiet enough, you may just hear a disembodied voice cackling like it knows something you dont.

▪︎ Rashka doesnt just live in the mountains, though, of course. Hard to mess with people up there, since most weird noises or activity can be attributed to animals. Plus, not a lot of civilization up in most mountain ranges.

▪︎ Rashka is a wordly beast as well. He enjoys creating things from sticks, mud, clay, or whatever else he gets his hands on. He has a fondness for masks, especially. He likes to make them for himself, but he prefers to leave them around to scare people, or just to let them know he had been in the area. He usually makes them from either discarded wood, or clay that he harvested himself.

▪︎ Its personality besides being a nuisance is hard to pin down, since it is particularly secretive about itself. On occasion it will insert itself into normal society for a few hours, although it doesnt have much of a social battery and will vanish without a word when it feels like it.

▪︎ If somehow one-on-one (and he is willing to speak), Rashka is not overwhelmingly annoying. He is a jokester, but he is almost earnest about it? He will let you know what hes thinking, but in a jokey "I'm joking but also not really" way. Not even for controversial takes, it just feels weird about people knowing who and what he is and is about.

Insects. He calls them his disembodied eyes, and claims that he can speak to them and see through them, although whether thats actually true or not is for anyone to guess. Either way, he likes em, and he can ??recite basically any bug fact he's ever learned from memory.

Scarecrows. Despite his absolute insistence that he finds them boring and maybe weird, if you would see him interacting with one you would see the intense side-eye he gives them.

▪︎ He is 5'7" (in his normal form anyways, it varies across whatever form he's taking).

▪︎ He is a shapeshifter, and while he often wears the skin of a tasmanian devil, he is capable of shifting into all kinds of carnivores from Asia, specifically (and especially animals found in south Asia, in particular India/Bhutan/Nepal).

▪︎ Cartoon villian-esc swirly mustache. (Can be drawn either just as a pattern, or an actual mustache).

▪︎ His eyes work like a cat's would, and its eyes stay the same in whatever form it takes. Eye shines are optional.
