🌸 Picaru Winchester 🌸

With permission from my good friend Keimiu, Picaru became my persona after her design specially spoke to me over all other designs I'd ever seen or made (even to this day). Picaru's name comes from the Yu-Gi-Oh card "White Magician Pikeru," but is an alternate spelling and pronunciation because I couldn't accurately remember the proper name of the card at the time (despite it living in my head rent free for whatever reason - I honestly couldn't tell you why). The change in spelling and pronunciation stuck in the end and I am more than okay with that.

Finally, as Picaru is my persona, she and I are essentially the same person. However, my intention with Picaru is to represent the version of myself I am working hard to become (i.e. a better me for myself and others) and the side of me that isn't always swimming in mental illness. She is both my persona and my comfort character, so please treat her (and Keimiu!) nicely. ♥

Side Note: The rabbit ears are fake (plush, but light-weight) and tie into Picaru's hair with ribbons. She can be drawn with or without them!
