Neon's is a very outgoing, fun, playfully friendly and relatively happy go lucky. Glass half full person, in my opinion. It's not for a sense of falsity, they're a bit of a slow mind as they're more brain than muscle, but they are a loyal, caring and attentive friend once you have said loyalty. A loyalty you have to earn for them to want to give it to you, being so happy and helpful, they've been burned enough time and time again by people who sought out to manipulate them more than actually reciprocate them.
