Matoi

About

Matoi is a teenage half-dragon living amongst normal society. As a half-dragon, she can conjure certain features unlike those of a human, such as wings and a tail, though she can "retract" these features, passing as a normal human. The only part of her body that she cannot hide are her claw-like fingers. Due to this, she is home-schooled, not allowed to go in public often unless she is being discreet in order to avoid scaring others. Matoi was not satisfied by this and was able to work up a solution by showing up at local boxing events and competing, as her hands would be covered. Matoi proved to be exceptionally skilled and has become a local legend due to her talent, young age, and mystique.

Appearance

On the surface, Matoi appears to be an average 17 year-old girl. She has green eyes and long black hair that she keeps tied into two buns with two long ribbons falling off of either side. She has a star-shaped birthmark on her face, and her hands permanently have long claws on them. She also sometimes has wings and a tail if she wishes. She is often seen with her red boxing gloves, whether practicing or in a competition, and she never takes them off before or after a competition; furthermore, she tries to keep her hands tucked away in her pockets on occasions when she is in public. She is home-schooled but likes to wear a seifuku to competitions for aesthetic; she can be seen wearing other cutesy clothes during her day-to-day life as well.
