Hedgebush is a very old and wise plant feline that has lived many lives, his fur is mossy green and his tail is spindly and twisted like vines, he has antlers atop of his head that over hundreds of years have become large trees.
After some time he became blind but knows his forest like the back of his paws, he is a benevolent kind soul who just wants peace and tranquility for all around him. Some have called him a coward, but he doesn't put aside his personal beliefs in doing what he feels is right, not even for his own children who do not agree with him.
When he stepped down has leader he is not really 'dead' he just hibernated for the last time and became fully a tree. Some of his great great grandchildren play under it's shade and wonder if the old story is true that the great trees were once an old cat.

●Hedgebush can appear as a big cat or a small domestic cat, at any form he is quite large to hold up his tree antlers. He has extending roots coming out of his paw pads to ground himself and suck up more nutrients to help him transform.
●He hibernates in the winter, deep underground, only his antler trees stick up from the ground, hence his nickname 'Bush'. because his trees look like bushes in the ground till he raises out of the dirt showing the full long trunks of trees.
Current Status: Retired Breedable / Only will be bred again for in story plots

Twigleaf
Hedgebush's successor. When he first met Twigleaf the green leafy cat was a small puny thing but Hedgebush helped him survive and learn the ways of the woods. He saw qualities in Twigleaf that made Hedgebush hopeful that he wouldn't lead the grove into meaningless wars and battles. Hedgebush hoped that Twigleaf's past would keep him humble and remember the little guys out there. Twigleaf also has kittens with two of Hedgebush's daughters making him apart of the family that way as well.
Leaflet
Hedgebush's daughter, he tried to teach her how everyone and everything has a place but she let her bitterness and anger blind her to his wisdom. She wants power she cant have and Hedgebush can never understand her. She can never forgive him for giving up his territory willingly.
Laurel
Hedgebush's son. Laurel is all smiles and witty sarcasm with double meanings towards his father. Hedgebush has no idea how spiteful his son is really is towards him.
