Tobi is a shy, timid and bashful 12 year old boy. He doesn't have many friends but he does have Celsi. 

They have been friends since they where little babies. Celsi is his best friend who is kind, caring, honest and sweet. 

Tobi loves to go on adventurous much like Celsi does also. He also enjoys comics, swimming, squirrels and all things sweet. This boy is so imaginative behond any other.
