Wynfor comes from a community of Firbolgs living in the Kryptgarden Forest. Vast majority of people don’t know of the place’s existence, as it uses a druid circle (Dusk Circle) as a front, where a couple of members of the community disguise themselves as humans. Wynfor himself has always stood out within his community, as he has particularly strong ties to his giant heritage, whereas most of the clan doesn’t have any strong connection to either heritage due to their more southern and isolated location.

As a result he never had much of a connection to most of the people in his home, instead getting rather attached to his younger sister Fiona. He’d also always dreamed to leave his clan to find the giants and reconnect with that part of his heritage. When the clan’s leader saw signs of a great natural disaster approaching, Fiona ended up being the one chosen to stop these disasters from happening. She was soon sent out to travel, much to his dismay. He then started slowly cutting ties with his clan, preparing to leave for himself and hoping to be able to stop the disasters himself so his sister wouldn’t have to.
