Angel of Wisdom, who usually works under Zephaniel delivering messages to prophets. He was the one who warned the World Witch Warp & Weft (WWWW) about the rise of the Pinnacle, which ultimately led to the Ramsey family relocating to Japan. Stoic to the point of being uptight, Jophiel prizes discipline and education, and is not particularly interested in building relationships, preferring to focus on his own studies. (Yes, he's lived most of history, but the world is a big place and there's still a lot he doesn't know!) 

Still, he does have a soft spot for hardworking students, and can often be found in libraries during finals season, slipping helpful books onto their desks or just happening to have a spare pencil or some candy. While he usually shies away from flashy looks, going without wings and halo even in the Celestial Abode, he's got an eye for aesthetics and especially loves metal and glasswork, due to the high level of skill needed to shape those materials.
