A daring, confident soul by heart, Ildrath loves thrills and adventure. Indeed, his original motivation for the path he ended up on was not glory nor riches but the adventure, the feeling of being alive. To both his friends and enemies, he is quite pleasant, not one who is easily enraged. True to his job, he is always willing to strike a deal or bargain even in the most dire of situations. Since his becoming a fiend, he has felt a tinge of greed and evil in his heart, though, for the most part, he has managed to quell it. While he started aloof, he now admits to liking his friends and enjoying their company.
Backstory
Born to an affluent family of high status, Ildrath was exposed to social status from an early age. Though, rather than settling into a comfortable life of excess, he found thievery and those who operate in the shadows; it was funner that way. Soon enough, this life of thrills would lead him to join the Eclipse Project and his life of adventure would begin.
From there, Ildrath would go on to be an adventurer, royal advisor, and more. Befriending divine and fiend, dealing with kings from far and wide, he would certainly outgrow his humble beginnings of adventure and simple thrills. Now he had responsibility and commitments, people and organizations that depended on him, from the Utrarian kingdom to the messenger of Iceus As well, thanks to Hutiarius, he would even join the ranks of the demons, becoming a fiend.

Close friends since the beginning of their adventures, the two have grown to be companions in arms. Ildrath has a great deal of trust and respect for Azren.
Meeting on somewhat unsure terms, the two became friends perhaps before the rest of the group warmed up to Visk. Over time, Ildrath has grown to consider him a friend..
During these turbulent times, Ildrath considers himself lucky to have found a romantic companion for himself in Helga - a human woman who runs the Sleeping Rabbit Inn.
