My Favorite Designers folders are listed in order of how interested I am in one of that person's designs at the moment, I'm not ranking them or anything lol. I also may remove or move them as my interests change

My Designs I Liked folders are listed in whatever order my ADHD brain wants them in at that moment, there's no real rhyme or reason why they are where they are
