Apperance

Neo is a Flygon - an insectoid dragon. His skin is smooth and olive green and lacks scales. On his head and limbs is a dark green carapace.Two long antennae sprout from his head and point backwards. He has a long, thick, striped tail that narrows like a whip and ends in three rhombus-shaped scales bordered in red. His eyes are protected from sand and wind by two red covers, resembling goggles.
