A demon necromancer who uses her ability to bring back people's loved ones to prevent them from having to suffer from grief, and to prevent the deceased from 'suffering' due to becoming an angel or demon.

Backstory

Not much is known about Ana's past, as she strongly dislikes talking about it. However, what she has revealed about it is that she is one of the many demons that became one, rather than being born as one. This, of course, meant that she wasn't exactly the nicest person when she was alive, and even after she became a demon, although she refuses to be specific about what she did back then. There have been rumours that she always had the ability to bring the dead back to life, and that she used this power to commit all sorts of atrocious acts, but as it is only a rumour, nobody knows if this is true.
Fortunately, that all changed after (...insert event here that happened after demons figured out how to get to the 'mortal realm'), which made her change completely, and decide to use her powers to reunite people with their deceased loved ones by bringing them back to life. However, she didn't do this for free - she brought their loved ones back to life in exchange for the soul of the person who had asked her to, as she needed to feed on souls.
Most of these resurrections happened without any problems, however there were some that didn't go so smoothly, having various results from the person being brought back to life having no memories from before their death, to the resurrection simply not working at all. She eventually figured out that these not-so-successful attempts at bringing the dead back to life were caused by the people she was trying to bring back to life having no soul.
This discovery turned out to be important during one particular attempt to bring somebody back to life. A father had come to her, asking if she could bring his eldest son, who had died one day with no known cause of death, back to life. However, she found out that his son had no soul, so she warned him that there was a fairly high chance that she might not succeed in bringing him back to life. The father insisted that she should go through with it anyway, in the hopes that it works despite the odds. She then tried to bring his son back to life, which had rather... messy results. She doesn't know what has happened to the son or his father since.
Nowadays, she still brings people's dead loved ones back to life in exchange for their souls, but she is also searching for the father's son, hoping that he'll help her discover how to bring soulless people back to life without any consequences.

• Unlike Kronan, she is able to control how much of a person's soul she can eat. This could possibly have something to do with the fact that they tend to 'starve' themself all the time, while she doesn't.
