Petunia Rosewater is a little strange. She owns a potion stop in the market district. She's sometimes willing to purchase some ingredients since she doesn't like to leave her work for long. She'll only buy if she trusts you know what you're looking for. In addition to caps, she might give you something nice or tasty and at least she won't poison you on purpose. At least I think it's not on purpose. It's hard to tell with her. If you're ever around the market district, her potion shop is the one with the non-stop giggling. She does enjoy her work.
