Bubbly and extroverted, not exactly the person you would expect to be the queen of an entire alien race. She's enamored with humans, and wants to learn more about them as much as she can. Though recently on one on her missions to observe humans, one of her scouts crashed to Earth, and accidentally released the PSI virus to unsuspecting humans. And obviously, she worries about this. She wants to take them (PSI powers) back to save the humans from themselves. She's worried that with such power, someone bad will come into hands with it and misuse it, causing some sort of dystopia. She's gathering up people with the PSI virus to neutralize it so it doesn't spread to other people. She's trying to develop a "vaccine" that kinda kills the virus, or at least makes it so inactive that it cant be spread anymore. Her PSI skills are unparalleled by any being thus far. She oversees everything they do and micromanages their world. She's honest and fair, a far cry from how Giegue had acted in his past tantrums. Asiigaal is quite sympathetic towards Earth and all it's lifeforms. She believes that all lifeforms are equal and amazing from the smallest bacteria to the largest living animals. She's watched and studied Earth for decades and she has become particularly interested in humans. She "bird watches" them in a sense. Seeing these beings in motion relaxes her. However, when PSI started to spread again, she took it upon herself to eliminate it in humans. Not because she was cruel, but because she feared how the spread would affect the young and elderly. She fears that if it falls into the wrong hands, humanity can essentially doom itself.

- Is always floating, isn't actually all that good at walking
- Pretty much oozes psychic powers. Humans that hang around her often develop powers of their own
- PSI in this story is like it's own lifeform that these aliens co-evolved with! It enhances their psychic powers immensely. (Hence why it could be stolen at all by George in the events of Mother) Humans can contract it. Some get feverish and others have no ill effects (Like in Mother 3 when Lucas or Kumatora learn new PSI abilities!)
- Often disguises herself as a human to roam about with the other humans
- Has a very odd way of speaking
