DESIGN NOTES:  Swirling warm patterns on neck and tail shift like water reflections
Black thorns act like ferrofluid, and can move around and extend, sometimes to alarming length

Desert dwelling demon of fortune..
Upon hearing the footfalls of a wanderer lost in the desert,
it generates a bountiful Oasis of tropical trees, lush flowers, cacti and a dazzling pool of water.

Once across the threshold of the spell, the demon puts the traveler into a trance and pores over their memories, passing judgement on them.
 Should the Demon deem they worthy, the water will calm and the travellers will see a vision of how to leave the desert.
Should they be unfortunate, the water will begin to swirl and the whirlpool will quickly expand, drowning the traveller.
