-Turns living beings into stars (when they bite it blood comes out)

Once a member of the Legion of Ascent and Eterntities. His task was to transform those deemed worthy into the immortal state of a star for ascendence and those deemed dangerous into immortal stars for eternal imprisonment

He had his heart stolen and with it his sense of right and wrong. As such he was cast out of the heavens but is not counted as a fallen as he lacks the morality to have turned his back on his bretheren. Other members of his Legion hope that his heart will be found again so that he may atone and return to them. In the meantime they turn a blind eye to his wrongdoings

He's all but forgotten who he was and acts pretty much purely based on his instincts like a wild animal.
