About

Tyler is just your average every day guy with fangs. He's calm quiet and keeps to himself generally. He is a sweet heart with a shit past life. He doesn't smile often but when he does it's rare and generally very warm. He is my main persona and generally who I wish I was or what I perceive myself as. If you want to draw me I'd prefer it to be Tyler! He is my main main character for generally anything. He is oddly enough completely separate from my minecraftsona Tyler.

Personality

Tyler is quiet well reserved and not much of a people person. He spends most of his days at his house not doing much but watching movies and taking care of stray animals that visit his house. Since he doesn't socialize much he doesn't really understand personal space/privacy sometimes. Hence he sometimes shows up unannounced at Lex's house or gets a bit too comfortable with her sometimes. All around though he's a sweet guy who would do anything for the small group of friends he has and his girlfriend.

Story Summary

When Tyler was about 15 his mom died from succumbing to cancer. Soon after his dad wrecked with grief turned to alcohol as a coping mechanism for the loss of his wife. Soon after he began to beat and abuse Tyler, blaming his mother's death on him, locking him in a closet for days on end with no food or water, etc. Soon once Tyler turned eighteen he found a ritual in an old book in his town library. The ritual promised eternal life with the sacrifice of your closest living blood relative. Not caring whether or not the ritual worked he begun it and preformed it by ripping his dad's heart out and eating it.

With the ritual complete Tyler felt the strange changes over coming his body. His two canine teeth fell out into his hand in a bloody mess. His vision went blurry and his hearing got better instantly. Once the changes were done taking over he felt stronger. He glanced into the nearest mirror, noticing he had near glowing red eyes, long fangs, and his face was covered in blood. He realized the ritual had turned him into a blood sucking vampire, and hell who would complain?

After disposing of his father's body and reporting him missing to the police Tyler started living life on his own in his father's house. He taught himself how to lure humans into dark allies and feast from them. He soon found out his certain powers telekinesis, super hearing, strength, scent, super speed, disguising his fangs/red eyes, and he was in fact immortal. With each kill he'd take any money in their wallet and dumped the body as far from the state as he could.

Soon after living with his new powers and getting used to life he met a very beautiful woman on the street. Being the weirdo he is he decided to stalk her on her walk home, oddly being just in time to see her almost get kidnapped by scum that were hired by her boyfriend to get rid of her. He saved her life by knocking out the guys and offering to walk her home, giving her his number and telling her to call him if he needed any help. Later on they had an affair together that her ex soon found out about, but not soon after that did Tyler take matters into his own hands and end the abuser's life.

Relationships

Lex 【 Lover 】 Lex is Tyler's lover, someone who he would do anything from, which includes beating the shit out of her. Lex has a strange property which allows her to sustain more damage than any other human, if she really is human. She is able to take injuries such as being sliced completely open from the stomach and so on. She also heals extremely quickly and hasn't aged a day over 16. She has a kink for getting the shit beat out of her and especially knife/blood play and loves it when Tyler drinks from her and gets messy with his food. He saved her from her abusive Ex and she is thankful that such a lovable vampire came into her life.

Spectrum 【 Best Friend 】 Spectrum is Tyler's best friend and fellow vampire. While they were brought into the world of blood drinking different ways they don't discriminate between each other. Sometimes on a Friday they'd go out and hunt with each other just to see who could get the most blood without killing someone, or having alcohol mixed with blood drinking games. Life is so much better when you have a fellow blood drinker in your life, cat or not.

Matt 【 Friend 】 Matt is one of Tyler's friends, a good guy to go out drinking with sometime or just hang out with the boys. He and him go as far back as Spectrum since Spec was the one who introduced them. They enjoy making some rude inside jokes but generally mean no harm to anyone.

Freeze 【 Friend 】 Freeze and Tyler are close friends, often gossiping about Spectrum and how they're almost twins. Sometimes Freeze still gets human Spectrum and Tyler mixed up.

Lex/Lew 【 Friend 】 Lex/Lew is the lover of Matt and also a good friend of Tyler's. Tyler often wonders how Matt feels when Lex/Lew can switch genders so quick, is it easy to mix up there names? Do you find one more attractive than the other? Who's better at sex? Also the often conversation how Tyler thinks it's so unfair that Lex/Lew looks attractive in both genders.

Azazel 【 Friend 】 Azazel and Tyler are unspoken good friends. When you see them in public as an outsider you'd assume they're worse enemies, but as such isn't the case. Azazel and Tyler both have a respect for each other but love to "play-fight" when they are both on the same height grounds. They don't hang out often but when they do they always have a good amount of fun and a few new scars to show off to their lovers.

Charles 【 Friend 】 Charles is the father of his best friend Spectrum and always a good source of vampiric advice. If anything he's like an honorary father to Tyler who didn't really have the best one to start with.

DJ 【 Friend 】 DJ is a mystical being known as a Tubber Toad. They reside out in swamps and are generally very docile and sweet creatures and are similar to that of trolls. DJ was named by Tyler when Tyler stumbled upon him one day and DJ got mystified by his headphones. Tyler allowed him to keep the headphones and sometimes just goes out to the swamp to sit with him and watch the frogs swim threw muck.

Altair 【 Good Friend 】 Altair is one of Tyler's good friends, they get along best when they talk about their most common interest which is space. While Tyler doesn't know all the scientific parts of it like Altair does he loves to listen to his friend rant and rave about how he will make it to the moon one day. Tyler often tries his best to help him in his lab sometimes which never really ends well for either of them. But they still have tons of fun.
