OTA's Ownership

Design Rules:

My characters are not to be used by anyone but me except for the obvious circumstances of gift/fan/commission art and people who have exclusive permission from me. 

 Do NOT steal my characters, use or repost them. This includes heavily referencing for your own character creations, roleplaying with them, or claiming them as your own in any way. 

Character Purchasing Rules:

Characters bought from me are not to be sold for more than you paid to purchase from me. The only exception is if further art has been commissioned of the character.

Also, do not immediately list a character for sale upon buying from me. This will result in an addition to my blacklist (essentially I will not draw for or sell anything to you)
