Reese

Reese is a character, design-wise, based on Agan from Sands of Destruction (a little known JRPG game for the DS console--there's also an anime I think). He is a courier boy who delivers goods and letters from his hometown to the nearest city which he accomplishes with his motorcycle. In all settings he is an orphan who was adopted by a couple who couldn't have their own children, and it just so happened that his foster father is the mayor of their hometown. He loves his parents greatly even if they're not his own, and he doesn't desire to know who his biological parents were. He is equipped with the ability to wield knives and is also fairly knowledgeable with machinery (he tinkers with his motorcycle often). While possessing no magic, he is slightly more resilient than the average human being, and has the jumping power of a feline (meaning he can jump well over his own height).

His personality probably leans towards cynical, if not a tad selfish, but he has a soft spot for kids, especially if they're lost or in need of something dire.
