Cliona's design is based off of a sea sponge and has bumps and shallow holes scattered around their body (like a cross between Swiss cheese and toad skin). I tried to be mindful of trypophobia while designing them and they've gotten the okay from multiple friends with trypophobia, but if you have particularly severe trypophobia you may still want to tread with caution.
