mother aerith runs is a nun who runs the local paca shelter. she provides homeless pacas with a place to stay, food, and water while they are nest hunting. she finds great joy in her job and loves being able to help out the community. the shelter not only provides pacas with base needs but also gives them fun activities to make sure they are not bored. the top of the shelter is a lush garden that needs a lot of work and care to look nice. mother also teaches painting classes and a few of the other shelter workers have their own daily events as well. overall she wants to make the nestless pacas have a happy and smooth time until they are able to find a new home. 

aerith is incredibly superstitious and believes all her actions have concequences, thus she likes to live each day to the fullest with great love in her heart. she is an avid traditional gospel singer and a huge fan of classical painting. some of her works are hung around the shelter and her own nest. she keeps a detailed journal of her daily life since she is also a sucker for reminiscing. she is quite happy having a full day of travel, collecting charity leaflets for the shelter, and filling her time as much as possible, but does not mind taking a day or two off once in awhile to enjoy a quiet cup of tea with friends. 

aerith lives at the shelter herself in her own little nest attached to the bigger cube. her room is befitting of a gothic style vampire aesthetic, but she swears there is nothing evil about it! she is a avid doll collector and has just as many crosses adorning her walls. one of the walls is a giant bookcase with many vintage books, some in pacascrib, others in various human languages. her room wouldn't be complete without the deep red rococo style vanity.
