If i trade you a character, and you delete the profile, or if you delete your account (without letting me know you’re keeping them) i reserve the right to, and i will, assume they are abandoned, and reclaim them. 

If i trade you a character that i have connection to/really didnt want to give up, you may NOT change their design unless i give express permission!! Please just DM me to ask! :3

ALSO. Let me know if i need to use tone tags, anything like that to accommodate for you! I need them at times as well, so i understand completely! If need be, i will use them in every message, since i may come off as blunt, &/or rude, even though i genuinely dont mean things like that. I struggle a lot with both understanding tone, and outputting tone, so let me know! if you do get offended by something i say, and there arent any tone tags, please assume at first that rudeness isnt what i’m trying to convey! And if that is the case, just tell me and I’ll specify!

IMMEDIATELY Trade away characters that were given to you. I want ALL of my characters to go to good homes, ESPECIALLY the ones i struggled to let go. If you ever lose connection with a character i trade/give/sell to you, PLEASE give them back. (if you have actively read this, the password is Cola) And KEEP them on toyhouse. You of course can have them on other platforms, but MAKE SURE i’m still able to follow their journey outside of my hands!!

CREATE CHARACTERS THAT HAVE HEAVY INSPIRATION FROM MY MASCOTS & MAINS
Seriously do NOT do this. Those characters are meant to be ABSOLUTE personifications of me, and i WILL know. I see myself in all of those characters, and i WILL recognize myself. (If i find out someone has, and will not comply civilly, i will again, take proper action as per needed, until said individual either changes the character to remove my aspects, or delist the character entirely.)

^ SMALL INSPIRATION IS ALLOWED!! I find it slightly flattering if you like my character enough like that! But i mean dont OUTRIGHT basically copy their design. (This rule is lifted a bit more for my simpler characters, but its REALLY hard to “accidentally” copy my more complex sonas.)
