Belle Surudo-Ha /锐雨の剣

About

Belle is a student at UA High; though, she does not enjoy school very much. Her mother forced her to attend the school, seeing potential in her quirk, and therefore Belle was enrolled in UA. Belle's quirk is ‘Wield'; she can summon all sorts of metals and alloys from the atmosphere around her to create objects. However, she must replace whatever she's extracted within a 30 minute timeframe or else she'll collapse, even if she returns whatever she's taken late. It's rumored that her quirk is a weaker variation of pro hero Creati's, but nobody really knows anymore. 

Belle usually uses her quirk to create swords as a part of family tradition, but her artistic interpretation changes her blades to more... Modern ones instead of using her family's signature black steel katana. She can also shape steel into straws to drink boba with using her quirk, a much more practical use as according to Belle. 

Belle's name means “The sword of rain" in Japanese, as her mother named her in hope of Belle being able to enhance her quirk to a level so high that she will be able to make the sky rain swords of all kinds. Belle, however, to defy her mother, goes by her English name instead of her Japanese one. Her surname consists of "sharp" and "blade".

Appearance

Belle has dark hair and lavender eyes. She wears the standard uniforms, and as an extra accessory, she wears two hairclips with a feather attached to one of them. Perhaps the feather has another use...? 

Design notes: Belle's hairstyle usually stays the same but she often changes her hairclips (there can be one or two, and the shape and size can be changed to any extent.) Her feather stays the same, though, and I haven't decided on her hero or casual costume just yet, so perhaps drawing her in her uniform would do.
