shelby is a shy space elemental fawna. after reaching maturity, he gained the use of psychic powers, and is coming to terms with the responsibility and what a burden it can be. shelby is so tremendously anxious, they'd be happy to just go sit on an asteroid in space and stay there. or turn into a star forever to avoid any responsibilities. if only such a thing were possible...
he is notably petite for a fawna, and his shy demeanor and constant slouch makes them appear even smaller. when they were younger, shelby had sparse white freckles like their cousins and jet black hair. after shelby's latent psychic powers erupted, though, his freckles formed into little glowing constellations, and shelby now wears their hair long with bangs covering their third eye.
shelby is a cousin of clive and dahlia - he's the youngest of their generation. shelby gets along well with dahlia; they've been a fun duo to watch interact ever since they were little fawns playing together. clive tries to provide for shelby, which shelby appreciates, but there are some things the two just can't see eye-to-eye on...
