After the events of the Shattered Lands, Lillian has taken to travelling with the other Voided hound, Javon. The two of them are escaping their past and the murders they committed whilst infected- Lillian herself is deeply ashamed. Knowing vaguely that she had a family, she does feel some regret for leaving, but has a deeper fear that they themselves would disown her. 

She knows little of what she did whilst infected, and only found out due to the news, the medical professionals who treated her, and the law enforcers.
