Foru, full of zest and vigor for life, goes anywhere his four paws can take him. Always having a goofy smile on his face, making you feel right at home, it's impossible not to love him. When he leaves, you feel like something's missing, his personality infectious just like his absence is. While not the smartest intellectually, Foru makes up for it with his senses; all it takes is one twitch of his snout to know something's amiss, or a perk of his ear to know he's being taken advantage of. Although a bit of a follower, he also has plenty of independence, courtesy of wandering the streets alone on more than one occasion.

Despite having plenty of friends, Foru struggled to truly connect with another dog, until Vrer came along, sporting equal amounts of boundless energy. Never having one companion for long, it was a shock to the system when Foru and Vrer remained side by side since the day they stumbled upon each other. He found the puzzle piece he didn't know was missing with Vrer, and the sentiment is returned. Always having big plans and an adventure to undertake, there's never a dull moment between the two. There are silences, but they're never awkward. When one has an idea, the other bounces off it, until it becomes whole and complete. "Bonded for life," they repeat like a mantra whenever times get tough. Because no matter what happens, they'll be coming out of the other side together.
