Marnie 🍃

blight is incurable- and yet, here she stands, healthy, to a point. there is something missing within marnie- something she'll never get back. a gaping hole to her very core- but its alright. it has to be alright. she made it- she beat it. she may be a husk, may be missing what made her herself, but she made it out the other side. she may still worry, constantly, that she'll pass the disease on still, but... she made it through.

marnie has done the impossible, but... she's starting to wonder if she should've. living like this isn't much better.

she is antisocial and does everything she can not to interact with others outside of absolutely 100% needed things. she doesn't like being acknowledged. she's scared. she wants friends again. she misses who she used to be- but that's gone and she doesn't know how to get it back. there's nothing beautiful about her tragedy.
