“Many moons ago, in a bizarre event, a QuillDog was bitten by two scary creatures on the same night-- on one leg, the QuillDog was bitten by an evil vampire. On the other leg, a werewolf! The QuillDog's owner, skilled in magic, gave the QuillDog a silvery magic potion in order to stop the vampiric effects-- however, the silver properties of the potion did not mix well with the werewolf bite, and turned the poor QuillDog undead! The QuillDog's eyes turned a hollow white, and glowing silver from the potion gathered in the ends of its quills. The QuillDog's face bears the clawmarks of the werewolf, and the arms still show the bitemarks from the creatures-- now gilded in silver from the odd effects of the magic potion. Although the QuillDog's appearance and some mannerisms have changed, the QuillDog has remained loyal by its family's side-- in both a feral form and a newfound anthropomorphic form, brought about by the effects of the vampire's bite. They say that if you're bitten by this creature, your blood will be laced with silver.“ -Mischy
